Sn-Pb alloy solders are made of electrolytic tin and lead with very high purity.

 

It is cast by advanced smelting process to remove several harmful impurities and dissolved gaseous intermediates. It meets the GB8012-2000 standard.

 

Antioxidant alloys are added to all solder rods. The working temperature is below 300 degrees. The solder level is bright and the oxide slag is very few. It is suitable for any type of hot dip and wave soldering.

 

It has good wettability and solderability, bright solder joints and few bad soldering phenomena.
